Care journey

A clear process that helps clients manage time, costs and treatment experience.

Every MITA client is assigned a dedicated coordinator who understands your medical records, speaks your language, and supports you before, during, and after treatment.

Below is the complete journey you will experience when choosing MITA.

PHASE 1

Before You Arrive at the Facility

Thorough remote preparation — you don't need to worry about any details

Step 1 – Record Intake & Screening
You can contact MITA via website, email, WhatsApp or Zalo. We collect basic information and guide you to submit existing medical records (clinical photos, X-rays, test results if available).

If records are incomplete, MITA will guide you on supplementing or recommend an initial assessment package.
Step 2 – Consultation & Treatment Plan Development
MITA's partner doctors review your records and collaboratively develop a proposed treatment plan — including scope of treatment, estimated length of stay and reference costs.

Note: This plan is preliminary. Final treatment outcomes will be confirmed after an in-person consultation with the doctor.
Step 3 – Appointment Booking & Confirmation
MITA forwards your information to the partner medical facility, confirms appointments on both ends, and provides you with complete details: appointment schedule, facility address, contact person and preparation guidelines.
Step 4 – Travel Arrangements & Experience
MITA assists with flight booking advice, hotel reservations, local transportation arrangements and visa procedures if needed. You will receive a comprehensive itinerary before departure.
PHASE 2

Client Reception at Medical Facilities

Professional, transparent process with complete peace of mind

Step 5 – Reception at the Facility
You are greeted by reception staff, doctor's assistants and an interpreter if needed. Records are verified upon arrival. Our goal: minimize waiting time and ensure you feel at ease from the very first minute.
Step 6 – Medical Examination & In-Person Consultation
The doctor performs a clinical examination, orders tests or imaging if needed, and analyzes your condition and treatment options. MITA or an interpreter helps explain everything so you fully understand before confirming.
Step 7 – Service Confirmation & Payment
Costs are detailed by item — including required services, options, potential additional fees and payment methods. You sign a treatment consent form before any procedure begins.
Step 8 – Treatment Procedure
The treatment room is prepared following strict sterilization protocols. The doctor reconfirms the procedure with you before starting. During treatment, the doctor and assistant keep you informed of key steps so you remain reassured throughout.
Step 9 – Post-Treatment & Discharge
You rest at the facility after treatment. The doctor prescribes medication and provides detailed aftercare instructions in your language. MITA assists with car booking and follow-up appointment reminders if needed. Commitment: You will not leave the facility while still feeling concerned or unclear about aftercare instructions.
PHASE 3

Client Hospitality at Tourism Services

Step 10 – Welcome & Check-in
A partner vehicle picks you up at the airport as scheduled. MITA confirms your hotel, tour schedule and booked services. You receive a master itinerary for your entire stay.
Step 11 – Tour Experience & Activities
The itinerary is designed to match your health condition and treatment progress. For recovering clients, MITA prioritizes gentle activities and flexibly adjusts if any treatment-related issues arise.
Step 12 – Care During Your Stay
MITA contacts you periodically to check on your health and experience. A support hotline is ready whenever you need — for medical issues, transportation or any unexpected concerns.
Step 13 – Check-out & Departure
MITA assists with check-out, confirms airport transfer timing and collects your feedback. You receive a post-treatment care package before boarding your flight.
PHASE 4

Post-Return Care

Long-term care and community connection

Step 14 – Post-Treatment Care
MITA contacts you within 24–48 hours after your return. We monitor recovery progress, arrange video calls with doctors if needed, remind you of follow-up appointments and coordinate any issues that arise.
Step 15 – Evaluation & Relationship Building
Once stable, MITA invites you to share your feedback and join our client community to receive health care information, follow-up visit benefits and updates from MITA.
